Hi there, my name is Qiqi and I am a student in room 12 at New Windsor School. I really like how you used the card to help that helped me a lot before. It made me think of the olden days I used to be in R26 it was a lot of fun it felt so joyful to be there there was quite a lot of creativity. Have you thought about trying to read one the hard books try sounding it out any words that is hard, and also think about looking at the pictures not only the words help but the picture helps you know what's going on in the story but the picture also helps with reading!
Hello Miss Simmon ,I can see that Room 26 is being the best that they can be reading in the library when it is your library time. Your class is the best. Doris Room 15
Kia Ora, Max here from Waikowhai Primary School and I am in Room Waitemata. I really like how all the kids are choosing books from the library. I remember when I was doing that years ago. It reminded me of our book week that we had last week. We had to dress up as our favourite book character. I dressed up as Kung Fu Panda. Next time could you add some information about what kind of books they choose and how long they had to find them and all that kind of stuff. How many books could the children get out of the library? Because from year four down we are only allowed to get out one book but year five and six get two books out. If you would like to check out my blog here.

I really like how you showed us your experiences and how happy you guys were in your space. It made me think about when we did buddy reading.buddy reading is when the yr 5\6 read with the juniors. Have you thought about making a slideshow rather than making a gallery. What website did you use for the library photos?
Good to see kids browsing for books.
